"The number one role of a leader...."
By Alex Manchester, Editor, KM Review & The Internal Comms Hub (Australia), Melcrum
"The Number one role of a leader is to communicate. And the number one role of a CEO is to be the chief communicator, to make sure that the people inside the organization know what is important, as well as our partner community and our customers and our shareholders...."

Too true.
In my view, everything in life, good or bad, flows from an ability to communicate.
In business, what's a spreadsheet if not simply a means of communicating numbers?
In religion, what's a holy book, if not to build understanding?
Pretty much everything, it seems to me, flows from an ability to communicate.
