Where do I start with my communication plan?

This week's issue of The Source deals with a cry for help from a practitioner facing the challenge of creating a comms plan compelling enough to win over a skeptical management team.

"A good internal communication plan starts not with what we need to do, but why we need to do it," says strategy expert Bill Quirke. "One of the key principles of internal communication is don’t just tell people the what, tell them the why."
