Lee Hopkins' Pre-Summit workshop in Sydney

I can't emphasise enough how good Lee Hopkins' pre-event workshop was at last week's SCM summit in Sydney. One delegate even said they were "blown away" by his presentation - and we're assuming that was a good thing ;-).

Additionally, Lee did a mini interview about the afternoon, which you can now see here in all its YouTube glory.

What a brilliant video Alex. From watching you get a real flavor of the kind of things Lee was talking about.

Glad you like it James, hopefully we'll be doing more of these interviews in the coming weeks and months.

Thanks for this - just one question: What is a black swan moment? I can guess what it means but where does the phrase come from? Black Swan's not an Australian beer, is it? ;-)

It's not a beer as far as I know, though they do have their share of oddly-named brews over here.

As you say Jeff, the meaning is obvious but a quick check on the bastion of fact and knowledge, Wikipedia, suggests the phrase does indeed indicate rarity and that Black Swans are symbolic in Australia, and have meaning in Aborigine language.

They're especially common along the South-East and Southern coasts.
