Just wanted to say a quick and deserved congratulations to Liam Fitzpatrick, who has returned safely from a massive charity cycle ride in France - 1200km in 90 hours!

By doing this crazy event Liam has raised £2,000 for the iCan charity and he sent an e-mail today saying it was a tough time but the cause made him pull through – and we shouldn't ask him about the state of his feet!

Nice one, Liam, I hope you have had a celebratory drink (and foot spa...)!
