Use of social media tools in comms

What social media tools are you most interested in, and which ones do you plan to use in your organisation?

This was a question I put to a few of our delegates at Melcrum's recent Social Media Workshop in collaboration with Hill & Knowlton.

I must admit, I had great fun recording the interviews and playing around with iMovie HD, but does anyone actually watch these things?

You could spend hours fiddling around with the video editing, but to be honest a simple olde fashioned written testimonial probably works just as well.

Does anyone out there use this SM tool for promoting/marketing their brand/company? If so, does it work?

This is what  Sarina Bogdanov from Visa Europe had to say.

P.S. What do you think of my first attempt?
