Run Melcrum, run!
Last week-end, some Melcrum employees decided to participate in a 10k run (6.2 miles) in London's famous Hyde Park.
To make the effort worthwhile, we also decided to raise money for the Cancer Resource Centre, a fantastic charity whose aim is to help people who have been affected by cancer, be they cancer sufferers, family member or friends but also health care professionals.
So far, we managed to raise £950 for the Cancer Resource Centre, and Melcrum will match the final amount we manage to collect. If anyone wants to help us, you can donate securely online.
As for the results of the race, our very own Australian martial art-expert and sales manager Peter Jones is the new Melcrum 10k champion, having ran the distance in 48m07s. He pipped Melcrum's co-founder and Managing Director Robin Crumby at the post by one second!
The first girl to pass the line was our kiwi conference manager Amy Lyons in 49m56s!
Pete reaching for the finish line!

Well done everybody on a great effort for a good cause!
Vincent
